Panel overlays are a critical element to the design aesthetic, long-lasting durability, and function of your product. Implementing single or multi-colored, sub-surface screen-printed panel overlays into your product design eliminates the need for screen-printing directly onto product surfaces allowing you versatility and efficiencies in the production process. In addition, using adhesives specifically designed for powder-coated surfaces, ensures that the panel overlay will last the life of the product.

Pre-Press

  • In house graphic artist, we can create unique artwork or modify existing artwork for print quality.
  • In house plate maker for quick turnaround on printing plates.
  • We accept both Mac and PC files.  All artwork is done on a Mac with Adobe Illustrator.
  • Preferred art files are vector art in Adobe illustrator or PDF format.
  • Acceptable art files are Adobe Photoshop and Indesign.

Flexographic Printing

  • Print capabilities up to 16" x 24"
  • 4 color process or 9 PMS spot colors.
  • UV coating or over laminate.
  • Pressure sensitive, paper, and imprintable labels.

    BlueStone Label Co. is available for all of your printing needs!  Business hours are Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM with multiple production shifts.
